Describe the load before discussing the move.
Cargo type, packaging, quantity, weight and dimensions help explain what is needed. Include pickup and delivery locations, plus any loading arrangements or access restrictions you know about.
Equipment suitability, scheduling and pricing are confirmed directly for each request.
Put the deadline in the first message.
For a time-sensitive request, share the cargo-ready date and requested arrival date. Mention appointment windows and whether any part of the timing is flexible.
Ask about available options. An express inquiry does not reserve transport or guarantee a delivery time.
Make the dependencies visible.
If the move relies on warehouse work, an appointment or another handoff, include that context. Tell us who is coordinating the job and which details still need to be worked out.
